Perfect for large projects. It's got big windows for lots of natural light. When you book this space, you get to use either 3 impulse lights or 2 video lights for free. Capacity up to 10 people.

If anything gets broken or damaged during your time in the studio, you'll need to cover the costs of fixing or replacing it. This includes any extra charges for transport or expert assessments. Please don't use tape, hang things from walls, or drill holes.
CAMERAS AND SAFETY:
We have cameras in all rooms to keep things safe, but we keep the video private. If you want to see the video from your shoot, just ask us. We're not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
USING THE CYCLORAMA:
We have a 5x6m cyclorama, and it is part of your room booking. If it gets dirty or damaged, you might need to pay extra. Please don't stand on the cyclorama. If it's damaged, you'll need to pay for fixing it and for any time the room can't be used.
BRINGING PETS:
You can bring one small pet along at no extra cost. If you want to bring more or different pets, let us know before your shoot. All pets need to have the right gear (like leashes for dogs or carriers for cats), can't be left alone, and you have to clean up after them in case something happens.
KEEPING THE STUDIO CLEAN:
Please wear clean shoes in the studio. You have to wear different shoes or slippers inside the rooms. The studio should look just like it did when you arrived by the time you leave. You can't use fire, water, snow, paint, or glitter without asking us first. If you do, you need to clean it up yourself or pay for a cleaning service.
No smoking or drinking alcohol in the studio. Also, filming adult content is not allowed. Anyone under 18 must have an adult with them. You are responsible for keeping everyone safe and making sure they behave properly. If not, we might have to ask you to leave early.

Life happens, we get it. But if you need to cancel, here's what you need to know:
If you cancel your booking in less than 48 hours you pay 50%, and if you cancel in less than
24 hours — you need to pay the whole amount.
